Jennifer Lopez has officially listed her nine-bedroom Los Angeles home for a whopping $42.5 million seven years after buying it for $28 million.
The Bel Air house is equipped with an outdoor amphitheater, a private lake and beach, an indoor cinema room, an infinity pool, a gym and 13 bathrooms .
Lopez, 53, could be eyeing bigger and better properties after tying the knot with Ben Affleck in July. Between Lopez’s children with singer Marc Anthony and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner, the couple has five children.
Lopez first bought the stunning eight-acre property in 2016 from actor Sela Ward and her husband, entrepreneur Howard Sherman.
In total, the estate covers approximately 14,000 square feet.

In addition to the lake, private beach, and outdoor shower, the house includes expansive grounds containing a guest cottage, putting green, and pagoda with fire pit.
The outdoor amphitheater can hold up to 100 people, according to listing agent, Carolwood Estates.
In a photo showing the interior of the house, the walls of the interior theater are lined with movie posters featuring Lopez, Affleck and the couple together.
‘Monster-in-Law’, ‘What to Expect When You’re Pregnant’, ‘Hollywoodland’ and ‘El Encante’, which Lopez starred in with ex-husband Marc Anthony, can be seen in the photo shared by the agency list.
In the main house, the house has a large fireplace, a bar, a library and a superb main entertainment room with high ceilings.
Another selling point of the property is the ‘French Country’ style which mixes elements of stone and wood.
There is plenty of space for cooking and dining as the main house contains a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast nook and stone fireplace.

According to Carolwood Estates, the house was originally designed by Samuel Marx and later redesigned as a “multi-structure French country retreat.”

In August, DailyMail.com reported that Ben and Jen planned to move into the Bel Air home after a lengthy renovation process to accommodate their blended family.
The couple reportedly moved into Australian businessman James Packer’s $80 million home while Lopez’s Bel Air home was being built.
Months later, however, the house the couple had planned to renovate has not been listed as they work to merge their families.

Lopez and Affleck officially tied the knot in July with a wedding in Las Vegas before walking down the aisle in Georgia in a lavish ceremony with friends and family.
It’s been a roller coaster romance for the lovers who first met in 2002 and got engaged within a year.
Nicknamed “Bennifer” by the public, the couple postponed their wedding in 2003 and finally called it quits in early 2004.
During their split, Affleck married actress Jennifer Garner and they had three children before divorcing in 2018 after 14 years together.
Around this time, Lopez married Latin singer Marc Anthony and they welcomed twins before divorcing in 2014.
The “Jenny from the Block” singer was also engaged to former Major League Baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez, but they separated in 2020.
It wasn’t until 2021, however, that Lopez and Affleck sparked “Bennifer” rumors again before confirming their relationship status and eventual marriage.
